SuperLine and Implantium are both current Dentium bone-level implants and they share a prosthetic platform, so abutments made for one fit the other. Implantium is the older design and is still listed rather than withdrawn, which means an older Dentium case can usually be restored with current components.

Both are tapered bone-level implants in commercially pure grade 4 titanium with the S.L.A. sandblasted and acid-etched surface, and both use an internal hex within a conical connection. SuperLine has a double thread that Dentium describes as aggressive for efficiency across bone densities; Implantium's threads are described as synchronised with the implant body for initial stability. Both carry three apical cutting flutes with a flat end.
Design
The size conventions differ in a way that causes confusion. SuperLine is listed at 3.6, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 mm — those are body diameters. Implantium quotes body diameters of 3.4, 3.8, 4.3 and 4.8 mm with platform diameters of 3.6, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 mm, so an Implantium listed at 4.3 mm carries a 4.5 mm platform. Reading the two tables side by side without noticing that will make the implants look more different in size than they are. Lengths are 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm on both.
Prosthetic ecosystem
The shared connection is the practical headline. Dentium states that one prosthetic platform, one abutment screw and one hex driver cover all diameters, and that abutments are interchangeable across SuperLine, SuperLine II and Implantium. For a patient, that is one of the more useful facts a system can offer, because it makes it likelier that a component will still be obtainable a decade later.
What may influence clinical selection
Where both are available, the choice is generally the clinician's habit rather than a clinical distinction, and neither is presented by Dentium as replacing the other. SuperLine reaches wider, to 7.0 mm, which is the one dimensional reason to prefer it. Note that Dentium's narrow NR Line is a genuine exception to the compatibility story — it uses a 10 degree internal cone with a square index and does not share the internal hex platform.
So which is better?
Neither is universally better, and any page telling you otherwise is selling something.
These are different designs with different trade-offs, and the right choice depends on the
bone available, the position in the mouth, the planned restoration, and what the treating
clinician is equipped and experienced to place and to service years from now.
That last point is easy to overlook and matters more than most specification
differences: components need to remain obtainable for as long as the implant is in place.

A clearance count is not a quality ranking, and the
larger number is not the better implant. A brand with more clearances usually
has a longer history or a broader component range. FDA "clearance" also is not FDA
"approval" — it means the device was accepted as substantially equivalent to one already
on the market, generally without a clinical trial. A blank here means we could not match
a filing with confidence, not that the brand lacks authorisation.
