Turkey has a published national dental fee tariff, but it is a guide rather than a binding minimum, and its implant item deliberately excludes the price of the implant itself.

How implant treatment is priced and regulated

What actually drives the price here
Because the tariff prices the surgery and not the component, the single biggest variable in a Turkish quote is which implant is being placed — and that is exactly the item least often named in a package price. Ask for the system by name and the abutment separately, then compare that against the tariff figure to see what the clinic has added. The second variable is what a package bundles: transfers, hotel nights and a driver are real costs, but they are not clinical ones, and a headline number that includes them cannot be compared with a Western fee for the surgery alone. Turkey also runs a Ministry of Health authorisation scheme for international health tourism, which is checkable per clinic and is a more useful signal than any price.
What to ask for, wherever you are treated
A quote you can compare is itemised. Ask for each of these in writing before you commit — the answers matter more than the headline figure, and a clinic that will not put them in writing has told you something useful.

- — Whether a CBCT scan and the surgical guide are included
- — What a bone graft or sinus lift would add, if one turns out to be needed
