Both are double-threaded tapered bone-level implants in commercially pure grade 4 titanium to ASTM F67, finished with the S.L.A. surface and using an internal hex within a conical connection. SuperLine II changes the thread geometry — sharper, deeper, wider pitch — and its apical flutes are described as three long cutting flutes running from apical to coronal, where SuperLine has three tapered apical flutes with a flat end.

What may influence clinical selection
A sharper, deeper thread with a wider pitch is designed to find grip where bone is soft. In dense bone that same thread offers nothing extra and compresses more. So the sensible framing is that SuperLine II gives the surgeon another option for a specific problem, not that it supersedes the implant it is named after.
So which is better?
Neither is universally better, and any page telling you otherwise is selling something.
These are different designs with different trade-offs, and the right choice depends on the
bone available, the position in the mouth, the planned restoration, and what the treating
clinician is equipped and experienced to place and to service years from now.
That last point is easy to overlook and matters more than most specification
differences: components need to remain obtainable for as long as the implant is in place.
